Similar message on a voicemai. This is a scam. I know people who actually owe Revenue Canada money. They don't send you to jail. You can't pay them if your locked up.
Caller ID said TORONTO, CANADA. Left no voicemail message so it must not have been all that important to bother me while I was busy working at 2:30 in the afternoon. I guess these telemarketers think everybody is sitting around the house watching TV. Some of us have to work to pay our bills and don't have time to chit-chat on the phone. Rude and inconsiderate.

Same people who called about a year ago from the "Windows Technical Team". It's a total scam. They're trying to get access to your computer. I've threatened to call the police and they hang up.

Have called numerous times and never leave a message. While interested in the CHIP program if they do not consider their service important enough or their information not worthy enough to leave a message then obviously it isn't worthy of my participation. There are other more professional companies who offer a similar service

This is the fifth call I received in a month....from different numbers with recorded chinese message. Blocked the other 4, now this one too.
